Ever thought of wanting to check your Digi account but don't have the time to go down to a nearby Digi store? Well, Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (Digi) has a solution for you, they will be improving their MyDigi app by adding more features to benefit their customers; allowing them to have total control of their Digi accounts.
The MyDigi app offers a 24/7, quick and easy way to access and manage account settings. One of the key features includes real-time usage and bill statements, option of buying internet top-up, monitor billing history, linking multiple accounts and perhaps the best of all, paying your bills through it.
“Through our conversations with customers, we know that they want more interactivity and control over the Digi services they subscribe to. This, coupled with the fact that more customers are choosing to use smartphones, drove us to create the MyDigi app. We aim to serve this need in an intuitive and user-friendly manner,” said Junaid Muhammad, Digi’s Head of E-Business.
Besides that, all Digi Stores have recently upgraded the self-help corner by adding tablet computers filled with MyDigi app demo and self-help tools. Customers can now use the tablets computers to try it out first hand and manage their accounts, in-store experts are also there to guide them in case of help needed.

“Having these devices in our stores allows us to introduce the MyDigi app to customers and show them, first-hand, how simple it is to use for account management. We want our customers to try it out and learn that they can access all their account settings anywhere, anytime, at their convenience,” said How Lih Ren, Digi’s Head of Consumer Sales.
With the new self-help corner which is available in all Digi Stores and the improvement functionalities of the app, Digi customers do not need to queue up at the counter anymore for paying bills, checking their Internet quota balance, or updating their billing address. The app is currently available through Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
