Half-Life: Alyx will be launching on 24 March 2020 (Malaysian time) and it's definitely a VR title that many have high hopes for. Clearly hoping to build up the hype in the weeks leading up to the launch, Valve has released a couple of new videos to showcase the gameplay.

A total of three new videos were released for the game, revealing some first-person action, puzzle-solving, and environmental interaction. We also got the chance to see the graphics, as well as listen to the sound effect and voice acting for the game, all executed to the highest quality. There was also the reveal of the neat ability to 'teleport', which allows you to move short distances instantly.

From what we've seen so far, Half-Life: Alyx looks like it's set to become an excellent VR game. It's fortunate that you don't necessarily have to use the Valve Index to play it since there might be a lack of stock and because it's not available in Malaysia. As an alternative, you can get an Oculus Rift S or HTC Vive Pro headset to play the game, though those aren't cheap either.

Would you get this game when it launches on Steam? And if you don't own a VR system yet, would games of this level of quality convince you to get one? We'd like you to share your thoughts on our Facebook page. Also, remember to stay tuned to TechNave.com for more news like this.
