Apple’s next launching event is happening at 1 AM, Wednesday(16 September) in our timezone and as we’ve mentioned, instead of the iPhone 12, the event only will be focusing on the new iPad and Apple Watch series. Today, we got a new leak of some specs on the upcoming products ahead of the launch.
According to the leak from Evan Blass, there will be two new iPads, Apple Watch Series 6 and an affordable Apple Watch SE unveiling on the event. The 4th-gen iPad Air will be equipped with the new Apple Bionic A14 chipset with a USB-C port which is found on the iPad Pro. The second iPad will be the 8th Gen iPad which will be having a less-powerful A12X Bionic chipset with a lightning port that is expected to be more affordable.

- Apple Watch Series 6: S4, 2 sizes, both BT and LTE
- Apple Watch SE: also in 2 sizes, also BT and LTE versions
As for the Apple Watch Series 6, the leak did unveil it will sport an S4 processor which may seem to be a mistake because if we recall, the Apple Watch Series 5 now is powered by the S5 processor, it shouldn’t be a downgrade. But maybe the S4 processor is for the more affordable Apple Watch SE? Anyway, both Apple Watch Series 6 and Apple Watch SE will come in two sizes supporting both Bluetooth and LTE variants.
Well, there’s still no official confirmation on the tech specs of the Apple products mentioned above but what we do know is the launch event will start at 1 AM 16 September in Malaysia Time.
