So here we are again, another round of Huawei Mate 20 rumours and for this round, we are learning more tech-specs especially the camera setup. Will it have a triple camera just like the P20 Pro? Rumours say yes, but since it's just speculations, do take it with a grain of salt and let us see what else the source say.

According to a China press publication company, they claimed that the XDA Developers have revealed a bunch of information on both the Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro, as aforementioned - both devices are equipping a triple camera setup. The Mate 20 might use a 12MP + 20MP + 8MP setup, while the latter will have the same specifications as the P20 Pro (40MP + 20MP 8MP) and will definitely use Leica lens. As for the sensors, the Mate 20 series is said to use Sony IMX300 and IMX600 sensors, then there's also a new CMOS unit for the telephoto lens. Oh also, both phones will also have an in-display fingerprint scanner too.

Furthermore, they also reported the same rumoured tech-specs that we covered before - a Kirin 980 chipset (7nm SoC), 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch AMOLED screen panels for the Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro respectively, fast charging technology for the 4200mAh battery pack, a new EMUI 9.0 OS based on Android P which you can read about it here.

I gotta say, having a triple camera set on both phones seems a bit overkill. But then again, that's pretty awesome too. Expect more Huawei news at TechNave.com in the coming weeks!
