The teases and reveals from patent continue to surface. A new vivo patent was found and it reveals three different designs for the front of smartphones. All three have multiple cut-outs for cameras on the front, specifically four punch-holes that are most likely for cameras.

According to GSMArena, the patent was officially approved recently on 27 December 2019. The first of the three is an odd one, sporting a punch-hole in each corner of the front. Another one has dual cut-outs for both sides at the top. This design's cut-outs are visibly larger and we're quite sure they'll be for cameras. The third one is similar to the second, except the punch-holes are smaller.

We also got to see the design of the rear in the patent, which reveals what seems to be a quad-camera setup. However, not much else is known about this device so it's possible that this model is still in the planning phase. Plus, since it's only a patent we won't know for sure which of the three designs would be used in the end, if vivo even decides to use any of them. For now, it's better to wait for an official announcement from vivo.
