New teaser reveals the real name for the Honor V8 Max

So here's some splashing news, it turns out that the 6.6-inch 2K display honor V8 Max that we reported yesterday only to be half true. So why's that? Well, Honor just released a new teaser a few hours ago revealing the real name - Honor Note 8 and it's rumoured to be unveiled this August.

The Honor Note 8 teaser also hinted that it will feature a 2K display as speculated from TENAA's tech-specs listing. Other specifications that are in line with it are the 6.6-inch display, Kirin 950 chipset, 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM, there's also a possibility of a second variant device as well, which sports a Kirin 955 processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM. Don't be surprised if they decided to go for a 128GB internal storage version for the international market.

In addition, the battery is said to pack 4400 mAh, alongside with a 13MP rear camera + 8MP front camera. Price cost could be 1999 Yuan (around RM1214) for the 3GB RAM model, while the 4GB RAM model might be 2299 Yuan (around RM1397). That's it for now, stay tuned for more news at Technave.com!
