A new OnePlus Ace phone could be launched this year. According to a well-known leakster, the name was not given, but it could be either the OnePlus Ace 5V or Ace 5S, the successor of the Ace 3V from last year.
Despite not pinning down a name, DigitalChat gave a couple of leaked tech specs on his Weibo account. The alleged new Ace phone could feature a 6.83-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution, a Dimensity 9400 chipset by MediaTek, a 50MP primary camera and a possible 7,500 mAh battery pack.
He also added that the phone's design is quite simple, alongside an alert slider button on the side. While the battery pack is not confirmed, it could be around 7,000 mAh with 100W or 80W wired fast charging support. Other than that, there's nothing else leaked on his online post.
Interestingly, the OnePlus Ace series has never really made its debut in the Malaysian market. It always seems to be exclusive for China, and the last launch that happened was back in December 2024. Should OnePlus be interested in bringing it here, we will no doubt report the news only at TechNave.com.
