New Lenovo PremiumCare
What's up TechNavers, starting now until 31 May 2018 - Lenovo Malaysia has introduced a new initiative to their customers with a new warranty upgrade plan called Lenovo PremiumCare (worth RM288). This new plan allows the customers to address any of their technical issues (hardware and software) with the Lenovo PremiumCare Call Centre at any time of the day as it operates 24/7, including national public holidays. For on-site technical support, technicians are available nationwide on weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays from 9AM to 9PM.

Acer Named The Best Brand in IT - Personal Computer Solutions in BrandLaureate BestBrands Awards 2017-2018

Then earlier this month, Acer Malaysia was named "Best Brand IT - Personal Computer Solutions" from BrandLaureate BestBrands Awards 2017-2018, which honours the biggest and the brightest SME brands in Malaysia. In addition to that, Acer also received the "People's Choice for IT and Office & Business Equipment category" in the Putra Brands Awards 2017. This marks the first time for the company to receive such an award, so congratulations!
Canon wins six TIPA awards in 2018
Speaking of awards, Canon also got an award. Six of their products, comprising four cameras, one lens and an accessory has earned them the “Best Photo and Imaging Product” awards from the Technical Image Press Association (TIPA). This will be the 24th year in a row for Canon to win an award in the photography and imaging industry. Below is the list of awards from the TIPA World Awards 2018:

Digi CXO Apprentice Programme
In other news, Digi is revamping its CXO Apprentice Programme this year with some slight changes. The programme was first launched two years ago to help and challenge new fresh graduates to develop real-life working skills during the first and second year. For the third year, the management will put the apprentices to the test, to see what they have learned from the first two years by making real decisions on Digi’s day-to-day business and help to shape the company’s digital ambitions for 2018/19.

Tik Tok Duet
Lastly, if you're a Tik Tok user then here's some news for you. There will be a new feature in the near future - a Split Screen Duet Challenge with a superstar. Called as 'Duet' for short, it allows users to have a split-screen video recording together with their friends, families and even their favourite celebrity (if they are on the account). You can simply tag them with the #duetwithme in the video and who knows, they might respond to your request and share it on their official Instagram account.
