We're spoiled for choice when it comes to laptops these days. But for stylus support, those with a touch-screen are better options. Recently, it was confirmed that Microsoft will improve the stylus support for such laptops.

According to Microsoft, Windows 11 laptops are about to get an upgrade via a Windows 11 update. This update affects the Handwriting Engine and Handwriting Embedded Inking Control. As a result, updated Windows 11 PCs will support GB18030-2022 conformance level 2. We're not knowledgeable on the subject, but you can check this online PDF for more details.

Of course, that's just a part of the upcoming build 22000.2243 (or build 22621.2066 for Windows Insiders) update. The update is also expected to improve Windows Push Notification Services (WNS) and fix several issues. Check this Windows Insider Blog post for the complete change log.
