Ninja Van Malaysia officially introduces Ninja Cold services in Malaysia, targeting business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing. It is designed as a modern cold chain logistics solution to ensure consistent temperature control for perishable goods, such as fresh seafood, dairy products, frozen goods, desserts, and processed foods. So, what should you know about it?

For your information, Ninja Cold can handle a wide range of temperature requirements, from cold (0°C to 8°C), moderate (18°C to 25°C) to freezing (-15°C to -20°C) via the latest tech. This helps shipments stay fresh while in transit. Then Polygon Routing technology can ensure on-time delivery and goods in good condition. In addition, the latest service only focuses on halal food. This means that non-halal food is strictly prohibited for delivery.

Moreover, Ninja Cold prioritises a practical, flexible and affordable shipping experience. Shippers only pay for the service they use, allowing them to customise shipments based on volume and needs. Additional features such as the Ninja Dashboard and Routing System are also provided, allowing shippers to monitor, track and trace their shipments in real-time.

What sets Ninja Van apart from regular frozen goods delivery services is the blue trucks with the Ninja Cold label. To facilitate the delivery process, they also use boxes with special cooling panels of various sizes. In addition, they are more flexible with the amount of goods they deliver, not limited to large quantities like most other frozen goods delivery services.

So far, only states in Peninsular Malaysia can access it with a delivery period of between 1-3 working days, and a minimum weight of goods between 1 and 5kg. Also present at the event were Minister of Transport, Anthony Loke Siew Fook, and Ninja Van Malaysia CEO, Lin Zheng. Anthony said the introduction of Ninja Cold marked a significant milestone in Malaysia in being able to address the growing demand in meeting the needs of delivering frozen goods.
