Previously, there were a lot of rumours going around hinting at the possibility that Nintendo will be releasing a cheaper version of the Nintendo Switch. It seems that the rumours are true, as Nintendo has officially announced the Nintendo Switch Lite starting from the price of NT$6180(~RM824) and it will be available for purchase on 20 September this year.
Based on the trailer, the Switch Lite’s JoyCon will not be removable and it will not have features such as the rumble motor as well as the infrared Sensors. The aforementioned device will come in 3 different colour schemes which are Gray, Turquoise, as well as Yellow.
That all being said, even if we do know the global launch date of the Switch Lite. We do not have an exact Malaysia release date on when it will be available for purchase.
