Looks like KTM users are in for an upset. Recently, KTMB informed that its app will no longer be available on the App Store and Google Play Store. So, what should you know about it?

No more KTMB app

For your information, you are recommended to immediately switch to the KITS Style application. That means you will no longer be able to purchase train tickets and redeem reward points on the KTMB Mobile application.

Additionally, the KITS Style app is now available to download from the App Store, Google Play or AppGallery for free. So, if your reward points on the KTMB Mobile application have not yet been used, it is recommended that you spend them immediately.

Moreover, reward points accumulated on KTMB Mobile cannot be transferred to the KITS Style application, so you should redeem and spend them immediately, such as for purchasing Komuter/ETS tickets and others. The KITS app should also allow you to:

  • AI-based travel planning
  • Book flights, hotels, attractions & rental cars
  • KITS Style Mastercard Prepaid Card (digital)
  • Rail Rewards exclusive reward program
  • Pay insurance & utility bills
  • Transfer money, top-ups & exclusive lifestyle offers
