Finally after weeks only render leaks and images, we are getting some spec leak rumours of the upcoming entry level Nokia 2 smartphone, courtesy of NokiaMob.
HMD’s latest upcoming Nokia 2 is due to be officially unveiled next week in India and thusly so has its specs listed on the benchmarking platform, AnTuTu.

Going by the code Nokia TA-1035, the Nokia 2 is reported to sport the entry-level Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 with Adreno 304 running the GPU, complemented with 1GB RAM and 8GB of ROM. Up in front there is a 1280 x 720p display with an 8MP main camera and a 5MP front camera.

The Nokia 2 is looking to be a true-blue entry level smartphone but remember guys, these are still rumours and things could be way different than what’s been seen here. Personally, I hope it will have 2GB of RAM rather than 1GB.
As for the price tag, the Nokia 2 is expected to go for $100 which is the Malaysian equivalent of RM420. Pretty justified, considering the specs.
With just a week away from its official release, we can almost safely say that the Malaysian release should not be far from then considering that the Nokia 5, Nokia 6 and the Nokia 8 was released here as well.
