The Nokia 3210 was a classic back in the millennium and it resonates a lot with all Millennials and Gen X alike (sorry Gen Z). So in a surprise move, HMD Global decided to bring it back with a modernised design. Here's what we know about the new Nokia 3210 2024 edition.

As a classic, it's still as lightweight as ever and retains its 2.4-inch QVGA display. There is a single 2MP primary camera with a flash LED, a 3.5mm audio jack and a USB Type C port. The RAM is just 64MB and the phone has 128MB of storage with expandable space via microSD card of up to 32GB. It's powered by a Unisoc T107 chipset and runs on S30+ OS.

The battery is just 1450mAh but with such little power usage, it can still last for several days like before. According to HMD, the phone can last up to 9.8 hours of talk time in laboratory conditions and the battery is removable as well. It can play MP3 and radio songs too.

There aren't many new features but Millennials and Gen X would be glad to know that they can still play the classic Snake game on the Nokia 3210. On top of that, it has a new Cloud Apps portal to provide the latest updates on news, weather and videos. This includes YouTube Shorts, by the way.

On HMD Global's website, the Nokia 3210 comes in Y2K Gold, Grunge Black and Scuba Blue. The phone costs 80 Pounds in England which is around ~RM474 but we don't know if it will ever come to Malaysia. We shall wait and see.
