Nokia 6.1 and revamped Nokia 8110 4G will be on sale in Malaysia starting from RM285

Today, HMD Global has just announced the availability of the Nokia 6.1 and the newly revamped Nokia 8110 4G phone in Malaysia. From tomorrow onward (6 July 2018), every Nokia retailers across the nation will be selling the two phones for the price of RM1100 and RM285 respectively.

Both devices first made their appearance at the MWC 2018 this year and it certainly drew attention from everyone especially Nokia fans. First up, the Nokia 6.1 was initially called the New Nokia 6 and this is an improved model packing mid-range specs in a more compact and durable body. It has a Snapdragon 630 chipset, 4GB + 64GB memory capacity, Dual-Sight feature, 16MP main camera and 8MP front camera with ZEISS optics, a 5.5-inch IPS display, USB Type-C (fast charging) for its 3000mAh battery and runs on pure Android stock (Oreo).

Then for the returning icon, the 8110 4G still looks like its classic banana look with the slider. With 4G connectivity on board, it has VoLTE calling feature and can even set up as a hotspot device up to 10 devices at the same time. It's powered by a Qualcomm 205 processor and runs on Smart Feature OS (KaiOS) with several pre-installed Google apps such as Assistant, Google Maps, Google Search and more (like Facebook and Twitter).
