Looks like this is it folks, the time for petty speculations may be almost over as HMD has sent out invites and press releases regarding a certain exclusive ‘milestone’ event that could very well be the launching of the latest Nokia flagship level device, the Nokia 8.

The event is reported to be held in London on the 16 August 2017 in London and is hyped up as the ‘Milestone’ for Nokia smartphones; a really big hint on the rumoured latest flagship device, the Nokia 8.

The timing of the launch of the Nokia 8 cannot be come any sooner because Nokia has so far released all levels of smartphones from low to mid-end levels but we have yet to see a device with the capabilities to be called a flagship. Speaking of flagships, the Nokia 8 is speculated to have flagship level specs consisting of a beefy Snapdragon 835 chipset with 4GB/6GB RAM options and a whopping 5.3-inch QHD display. Not to mention seeing the return of the dual 13MP Carl Zeiss main cameras for the ultimate capturing pleasure. Recently a gold version of the Nokia 8 has been seen around the internet as well, adding to its luxurious outlook.
