Nokia Lumia 735 hands-on

Just like the Lumia 830, Microsoft Devices Malaysia are also launching the company's Selfie smartphone with the Lumia 735. Featuring a 5MP front camera (true, there are many others with higher tech specs, however, it is the first Lumia to have a front camera with that high a resolution) the Lumia 735 is aimed squarely at the midrange market with the smartphone priced at RM999. The rounded sides and back fit well in the palm but thankfully this time around the back cover can be removed. Like the Lumia 830, the Lumia 735 also supports Qi wireless charging. We did manage to get our hands-on with the Lumia 735 which you can see below, complete with tech specs and demo video:

  • 1.2GHZ quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor
  • 1GB RAM
  • 8GB storage + microSD (up to 128 GB)
  • 4.7-inch display (720 x 1280 pixel resolution, 312 ppi)
  • 6.7 MP rear camera (Carl Zeiss lens, autofocus, LED flash) + 5MP front camera
  • supports Wifi, NFC, GPS, 3G and 4G LTE
  • 2200 mAh battery
  • 134.7  x  68.5  x  8.9mm | 134g
  • Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1 (Denim Update)
