Nokie T21 tablet release: 10.36-inch LCD display and 8200mAh battery from ~RM961

HMD Global’s Nokia has announced that it will be releasing its latest tablet, the Nokia T21 in Indonesia. Set for release next month, the T21 features a 10.36-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels and a peak brightness of 400 nits.

Under the hood, the T21 sports an octa-core UNISOC T612 SoC paired with Mali-G57 graphics and an 8200mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. Moreover, the device has 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM and either 64 or 128GB storage options.

In terms of build quality, the T21 is made mainly out of aluminium except for the antenna cover which is comprised of 60 per cent recycled plastic. It is also rated with IP52 water and dust resistance for extra durability.

As for the cameras, there’s a singular 8MP camera with autofocus and LED flash at its rear and an 8MP selfie camera at its front. Other notable specs include Android 12, microSD card slot (support up to 512GB) and 2 years of Android upgrades as well as up to 3 years of monthly security updates. 

In Indonesia, the T21 starts at IDR3,299,000 or ~RM961 and comes in just one Gray colour option. HMD Global has yet to reveal whether the device will be launched in Malaysia.
