After recently launching the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 earbuds for the global and Malaysian markets, OnePlus may launch another TWS soon. This time, it would be for the affordable earbuds market, with several listings pointing out for it to be the OnePlus Nord Buds 2.
In fact, the name of the product was actually spotted on the official OnePlus India website by tipster Mukul Sharma. Taking to Twitter, he claimed that the earbuds are launching in India as early as next month.
Previously, as reported by GizmoChina, the successor to the original Nord Buds was spotted on FCC, Bluetooth SIG, BIS and other listings of certification authorities’ websites. The FCC listing in particular revealed that the Nord Buds 2 will feature up to 4.5W charging, a 41mAh battery in each bud, a 480mAh battery inside its casing, Bluetooth 5.3 and dimensions of 22.27 x 9.29 x 0.11 mm.
Of course, do take this with a grain of salt as nothing is confirmed as of yet. Well, given the alleged March 2023 release, we won’t have to wait long to know for sure.
