The internet has been buzzing about the Nothing Phone (1). We've already seen the device's design, and it's something that will definitely grab your attention if you see someone holding it on the streets. However, the Nothing Phone (1) we saw is in a white paint job, and someone has now spotted a black version, which the company might launch on the same day.

The black Phone (1) actually appeared in an official promotion video titled 'Inside phone (1)'. It has appeared quite a few times, but the best look sits around the 7:57 mark. In the video, the black device doesn't look like a fully assembled one, but at least we know that the colour option exists. Furthermore, the LED light should look better with a dark background.

Other than the black variant, the video also more or less confirmed that the device uses a 120Hz display. It also mentions the invite system will be in place, so it might not be easy if you want to get the phone. For now, it's unsure if the black option will debut together with the white one on 12 July, but the source says it's likely to happen.
