Nothing Phone (2) launching date confirmed, livestream event to begin on 12 July at midnight in Malaysia

So yes, it's official. Just as Carl Pei said, the Nothing Phone (2) will indeed be launching in July. In fact, the date is set for 11 July 2023 on nothing.tech at 16:00 BST. In Malaysia's timing, it will be on 12 July at midnight sharp for online event. 

In terms of tech specs, we have confirmed so far that the Nothing Phone (2) will feature a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset as well as a 4700mAh battery. A few weeks back, there was also an online render of how the phone would look like, with a similar transparent design to the predecessor with a small new red LED light on the back. 

On top of that, it was rumoured the Nothing Phone (2) could have a 6.7-inch display with more rounded side frames. Other noteworthy rumours include enhanced wireless charging lighting and a 2.5D glass back as well.
