One of the most anticipated devices this year is the Nothing Phone (2), which is set for release in Malaysia this 14 July.  Well, we may not have to wait long to know its full specs though, as they were allegedly leaked online recently.

Taking to Twitter, tipster Kamila Wojciechowska revealed that the Phone (2) would utilise the 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor with OIS and in-sensor zoom as its main camera. This is the same sensor found on several flagship phones, including the OnePlus 11.

Besides that, the tipster also claimed that the device would retain the same ultra-wide camera from its predecessor, the Samsung JN1. The fingerprint scanner is also retained from the Phone (1) and the processor is already confirmed to be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.

Meanwhile, the front camera will use a 32MP Sony IMX615 camera with EIS, with all three cameras having revamped imaging processing. As for the screen, the Phone (2) is touted to feature a 6.72-inch 120Hz AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1080 x 2412, and supports low power modes of either 1Hz, 10Hz, 24Hz or 30Hz refresh rate.

Of course, do take this with a grain of salt as ‘Nothing’ is confirmed yet. Well, we just have to wait about a week or so to find out, so stay tuned to TechNave for the latest development on this and for more trending tech news!
