Previously, we shared that Nothing may be launching a new mid-ranger, the Nothing Phone (2a) in February 2024. Now, more information regarding the smartphone has allegedly been leaked, revealing a new glyph design and a MediaTek processor; the first on a Nothing device.

Shared by tipster Dylan Roussel on X, he revealed that the smartphone has the model number A142, with it being called “Pacman/Aero” internally by the company. Besides that, he also claimed that the Phone (2a) will be powered by the midrange MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC.

That means that the upcoming device is the first by Nothing to utilise a MediaTek chipset, with the 2 previous Nothing phones featuring Qualcomm Snapdragon processors. Besides that, the tipster claimed that the device will only have 3 Glyph parts, located around the circular camera module at the rear.

Of course, do take this with a grain of salt as nothing is confirmed yet, with information likely to come out during the “Nothing to see” event during MWC2024 next year. Until then, stay tuned to TechNave for the latest developments on this and more trending tech news.
