After weeks of rumours, Nothing finally unveiled the Phone (3a) Lite, its most affordable phone yet in the lineup. The device carries forward the company’s signature transparent aesthetic and smart design touches while delivering respectable performance at an accessible price point.
Signature Design, Simplified
Announced on the Nothing Newsroom, the Phone (3a) Lite stays true to Nothing’s instantly recognisable design language, featuring a semi-transparent rear panel and a minimalist finish. The brand’s signature notification lighting has been reimagined in a more subtle form, using a single circular LED placed in the bottom-right corner. This light doubles as both a visual notification indicator and a camera timer cue, maintaining the brand’s playful yet purposeful identity.
Solid Specs for the Price
Under the hood, the Nothing Phone (3a) Lite runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset built on a 4nm process, 8GB of RAM and offers storage configurations of 128GB or 256GB. The front of the device sports a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, while at the camera corner, it features a 50MP main lens paired with an 8MP ultra-wide and an additional macro lens for creative versatility.
Powering it all is a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging and reverse charging. The smartphone runs on Nothing OS 3.5, based on Android 15, and comes with a promise of three years of major Android updates and six years of security patches.
Pricing and Availability
The Nothing Phone (3a) Lite is priced at €249/£249 for the 128GB model and €279/£279 for the 256GB variant. It will be available in Black and White colour options and will roll out first in the UK and Europe. Malaysian pricing is expected to start at approximately ~RM1.2K based on current exchange rates, though official local availability details are yet to be announced.
