Nothing has been teasing us more and more about the Nothing Phone (3a) lately. Just a few hours ago, the company unveiled an official look at the phone, showing us what the new rear camera module design looks like and the specs which can be seen in the screenshots below.

Throughout the video, the design team for the Nothing Phone (3a) said they started sketching their ideas and proceeded to design the layout on the computer, including arranging the camera components around. Staying true to Nothing's design philosophy, the Phone (3a) has to look good, be practical and most important, fit in the components.

Designing a new layout came with a challenge. The design team said the most challenging one is the new 50MP periscope sensor because of how big it is when compared to a typical camera sensor. You will see that they went through a dozen concepts before settling down on the final one. Additionally, we also got to see a new dedicated camera button and a new glyph interface.

At the end of the video, it was revealed that there will be three variants in the lineup - a vanilla Phone (3a), Phone (3a) Pro and a flagship Phone (3a) which was censored in the video. The official launch will be on 4 March 2025 (10 AM GMT) so until then, stay tuned for our official news coverage at TechNave.com.
