Right after the Nothing Phone (4a) reveal, Nothing also confirmed that it will launch a more affordable pair of over-ear headphones, called the Nothing Headphone (a). "Nothing" (pun intended) is much known about the upcoming headphone, but it will be launched on 5 March 2026 globally, at the “Built Different” event in London.

A More Accessible Option in Nothing’s Audio Lineup?

The Headphone (a) appears to be positioned as a more budget-friendly alternative to Nothing’s first over-ear model, the Headphone (1), which debuted last year with high-end features and premium tuning. While official specifications have not yet been confirmed, early leaks suggest that the Headphone (a) could bring long battery life and core audio capabilities at a lower price point aimed at mainstream buyers who want style and performance without flagship-tier costs.

Industry sources speculate that the affordable positioning may involve design tweaks compared with high-end models. The Headphone (a) is expected to include features such as Bluetooth 5.3 support, a custom dynamic driver setup, and dual-device pairing. Battery life may also be a focus: teaser messaging points to “the longest battery life of any Nothing audio product to date".

Design Continues Nothing’s Signature Look

Teaser images suggest that the Headphone (a) will maintain the semi-transparent aesthetic, which Nothing is known for, with metallic edging and dot-matrix branding giving it an instantly recognisable visual identity. Alongside the yellow finish, other colour options such as black, pink and white have been hinted at, giving users more ways to personalise their audio gear.

What to Expect on March 5

Nothing is scheduled to reveal full specifications, pricing and availability for the Headphone (a) during its 5 March launch event, which will also showcase the Phone (4a) and potentially other ecosystem products. Until then, stay tuned for the official news coverage only at TechNave.com.
