Nothing is one of the rare startup tech companies that is thriving in the smartphone market thanks to its innovative design and marketing. Well, if a recent leak is to be believed, the company is in the midst of manufacturing its 3rd smartphone, this time a mid-ranger.

Shared by tipster Sanju Choudhary on X who spotted the device being listed in an undisclosed database, the smartphone is allegedly named the Phone (2a). He further claimed that the device has the model number AIN142 and features a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a centre top punch hole cutout for the selfie camera.

Besides that, Sanju also shared a photo of what he claims to be the rear design of the Phone (2a), which expectedly has the glyph interface and lighting. The photo also showed the device having dual cameras like the Phone (2) and Phone (1).

Should this be true, then Nothing is emulating Google’s hardware business model of releasing a flagship smartphone followed by a watered-down version of it with an ‘a’ in its name similar to the Pixel 7a. Of course, do take this with a grain of salt as nothing is confirmed, hence do stay tuned to TechNave for the latest developments on this and for more trending tech news.
