It's the exciting annual COMPUTEX week and we're going to see quite a few new products popping up. Among them are new GPUs from Nvidia, which were launched despite the chip shortage. Prices of GPUs are insane now, but that hasn't stop Nvidia from launching the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti and RTX 3080 Ti.

As announced by Nvidia, the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti officially launches on 3 June 2021, followed by the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti on 10 June 2021. In particular, the former is the company's latest flagship GPUs, capable of delivering up to 1.5x faster than the RTX 2080 Ti at 4K resolution. As for the RTX 3070 Ti, it's also 1.5x faster compared to the RTX 2070 SUPER. Both GPUs come with the latest version of DLSS, Nvidia Reflex, and Nvidia Broadcast.

In terms of tech specs, the RTX 3080 Ti comes with 12GB of VRAM, 10240 CUDA cores, and 80 Compute Units. It's more powerful and serves as an in-between option for the RTX 3090 and RTX 3080. Of course, it's also noticeably more expensive at USD 1199 (~RM4946). Similarly, the RTX 3070 Ti straddles between the RTX 3080 and RTX 3070. It has 8GB of VRAM, 6144 CUDA cores, and 48 Compute Units. However, the price isn't that big of a jump at just USD 599 (~RM2471).

Of course, these are just the prices for the stock Nvidia variants. You can expect the ones from partner brands like ASUS and MSI to be pricier. But if you want the ultimate performance in PC gaming, then these could be good options to go for. Having said that, do you plan to upgrade your GPU this year?
