
OPPO has brought a new mid-range device to the market today. The OPPO A57 5G gets powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 and features some other decent tech specs, including a 90Hz screen and a 5,000mAh battery. Now, let's read on to find out more about the device.
The OPPO A57 5G sports a 6.56-inch IPS LCD panel that supports an FHD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, a 269ppi pixel density, and a 100 per cent DCI-P3 colour gamut. Under the hood, the Dimensity chip gets paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The 5,000mAh battery also came with 10W charging.

Furthermore, it has a dual-camera setup on the rear, consisting of a 13MP primary camera and a 2MP portrait shooter. Meanwhile, the front uses an 8MP sensor for selfies and video calls. Other tech specs of the OPPO A57 5G include a side-facing fingerprint scanner, dual SIM support, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a USB-C port, a 3.5mm audio jack, and ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12.
The 8/128GB variant will be available for 1,499 Yuan (~RM995), while the 6/128GB variant's price is yet to be confirmed. It'll also have three colour options - Quiet Night (black), Lilac, and Dark Blue. It's still unsure if the device will make it to Malaysia.
