OPPO has unveiled its latest mid-range offering in India, the OPPO A59 5G. Featuring some compelling specs at an attractive price point, read on to find out more about the device.
Under the hood, the A59 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC paired with either 4 or 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage. There’s also a 5000mAh battery which supports 33W charging via the USB-C port.
The display is a 6.56-inch 90Hz IPS LCD panel with a water-drop style notch which houses the 8MP selfie shooter. Meanwhile, the rear is where the 13MP main + 2MP depth dual-camera setup is located.
Other notable specs include Android 13 via ColorOS 13.1, 5G connectivity, a 3.5mm audio jack, an IP54 rating and colour options of either Silk Gold or Starry Black. In India, the A59 5G is priced at INR14999 or ~RM837 for the base 4/128GB variant and INR16999 or ~RM948 for the 6/128GB configuration.
