OPPO F25 Pro 5G release - Dimensity 7050 SoC, 64MP main camera and 67W charging from ~RM1375

OPPO has released a new mid-range smartphone in India, the OPPO F25 Pro 5G. Featuring some compelling specs at a relatively low price, read on to find out more about the device. 

The the device replaces the F21 Pro 5G from 2022 and features a 6.7-inch AMOLED with a resolution of 2412 x 1080 pixels, HDR10+ support and up to 1100 nits peak brightness. There’s a punch-hole cutout at the top centre too, which houses the 32MP selfie shooter.

Meanwhile, the rear is where the 64MP main + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro triple-camera setup is. Under the hood, the F25 Pro 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC paired with 8GB RAM and either 128 or 256GB storage. 

There’s also a 5000mAh battery with support for 67W SUPERVOOC charging via the USB-C port. Other notable specs include an IP65 rating, Bluetooth 5.2, dual SIM, an in-display fingerprint scanner and colour options of either Lava Red or Ocean Blue. 

In India, the F25 Pro 5G starts at INR23999 or ~RM1375 for the 8/128GB variant while the 8/256GB configuration is INR25999 or ~RM1489. As of the time of writing, OPPO has yet to reveal the device’s global availability.
