Fans of OPPO are probably excited for the big foldable reveal later this week. The company teased the upcoming launch of its OPPO Find N on 15 December 2021, and it will have a few features that make it stand out. One of them is related to the hinge.

In another teaser video, OPPO revealed that it's using a 'pseudo-vertical hinge' from Seiko instead of the usual U-shape hinge. According to MyDrivers, this hinge can reduce creases on the foldable display and has a longer operating life. It's also allegedly three times more expensive than a regular hinge at 800 yuan (~RM529).

It also seems to have a secondary/outer display

There are also a few other details about the display. The source claimed that the phone can function like the Nintendo DS, where you have the top-half as the game screen and the bottom-half for the controls. The device is also expected to support a refresh rate of 120Hz and come with the Snapdragon 888 chipset.

It sounds like the OPPO Find N would be a very exciting product, thanks to new technology. But it will probably be quite pricey, so would you be interested in buying one? Let us know in the comments, and stay tuned to TechNave for more news like this.
