The OPPO Find N2 is one of the most highly-rated foldable smartphones thanks to its passport-like form factor and solid performance. Now, OPPO is allegedly gearing up the launch of its successor next month and it has already been approved by China’s MIIT body.
According to GizmoChina, the Find N3 was designated with the model number PHN110 in the certification listing. Furthermore, the device is expected to also get approval from other certification bodies in China, including TENAA and 3C in the coming days.
Sadly, the CMIIT listing didn’t reveal anything much regarding the foldable smartphone’s specs, only the device’s supported cell signals. However, the Find N3 was previously leaked in several rumours, including in an alleged schematic.
The rumours claimed that the device will feature a 6.3-inch 120Hz AMOLED FHD+ panel on the outside and a 7.8-inch 120Hz AMOLED 2K panel on the inside. The camera system includes a 32MP selfie camera on the outside, a 20MP selfie camera on the inside and a 50MP main + 48MP ultra-wide + 64MP periscope triple-camera setup at its rear.
Other claimed specs include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM, up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage and a 4805mAh battery with support for 80W wired and 50W wireless charging. Of course, do take this with a grain of salt as nothing is confirmed as of yet.
