OPPO will reportedly launch its next-gen foldable smartphone, the OPPO Find N5, in the first half of 2025. This is according to reliable tipster Smart Pickachu on Weibo.
As shared by GSMArena which sourced the tipster, OPPO, like many Chinese tech firms, will skip the ‘4’ in the series due to its association with bad luck. Hence, the Find N5 will be the direct successor to the Find N3 foldable smartphone.
Smart Pikachu added that the device will arrive in the first half of 2025, which is anytime before July next year. The tipster further asserted that the Find N5 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC and sport three 50MP cameras.
Besides that, the foldable is also touted to feature an “enhanced metal texture”, wireless magnetic charging and compatibility with the Apple ecosystem. Of course, do take this with a grain of salt as nothing is confirmed just yet.
