The first OPPO Find X was first revealed in 2018 and it was a pretty cool smartphone that introduced the mechanised pop-up front camera. No successor followed up in 2019, though, but just in time for 2020, OPPO has confirmed that the Find X2 will be unveiled.

The confirmation was first spotted on the Weibo forums by Brain Shen who is the Vice-President and President of Global Marketing for OPPO. Then after that, OPPO founder and CEO Chen Mingyong also confirmed that the Find X2 will indeed be revealed in the first quarter of 2020. As OPPO is already heading towards 5G technology, he mentioned that Find X2 will be equipped with 5G connectivity as well as a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset.

There is no other information on the other tech specs but there are some speculations that the Find X2 could feature an under-display camera technology. OPPO has been working on this for quite a while now and we would love to see it happening. There's still some time to wait for the Find X2 so stay tuned for more OPPO news at TechNave.com.
