We have been writing news about the OPPO Find X3 series for quite some time now and it's now official. OPPO will unveil the upcoming flagship, the Find X3 series on 11 March 2021 in Beijing, China. As usual, the teaser doesn't reveal much but here's what we know about the phone.
According to sources, officials have announced that the Find X3 is the "ideal work" of OPPO's ten-year exploration. Highlights of the phone include colour, innovative technology and of course, a much powerful performance which should be the Snapdragon 888 chipset. Sources also say that the company teased on releasing the first 10-Bit Full-Path Colour Management System and will make its way to the Find X3.
To recap, the new colour management system has the capability to cover the collection, storage, encoding, decoding and display of the entire 10-bit image processing link. Perhaps this is why OPPO is highlighting on colour with the tagline "Awaken Colour" and the Find X3 display would be the company's first "billion colour pixel" phone. We can also expect some high screen refresh rate up to 120Hz (or more) and high dynamic range features.
