After more than a month, the OPPO Pad 3 has finally made its way here in Malaysia. It is priced at RM1,999 and not only is it the standard Pad 3 tablet but a Matte Display Edition. Here's everything you need to know.
Compared with the version that was launched in China, the tech specs are not that different except for the display. As a Matte Display Edition, it is OPPO’s first nano-texture Anti-Reflective panel which provides a paper-like experience. Utilising advanced nano-level anti-reflective etching technology, the display minimises glare by up to 97%, transforming harsh light into lesser reflections, even under direct sunlight.

The OPPO Pad 3 Matte Display Edition also incorporates a hardware-built low-blue-light solution that combines ultra-low flickering with DC-like dimming to reduce eye strain. With this, the tablet has earned a screen TÜV Rheinland Intelligent Eye Care 3.0 Certification and TÜV Rheinland Reflection Free Certification.
Other than that, the tablet is powered by a MediaTek Diemnnsity 8350 chipset, a 9,520mAh battery pack with 67W SUPERVOOC Flash Charge, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It has a couple of AI features such as AI Document that can summarize documents automatically, AI Rewrite and do translation on the spot. In addition, there are also AI Toolbox 2.0, Assistant for Notes, AI HyberBoost and an O+ Connect feature to share files with iOS devices.

Users can also utilise the OPPO Pencil 2 and Pad 3 Smart Keyboard to enhance their productivity with the Pad 3. The keyboard has PC-level multifunctional keys and an independent AI key, as well as NFC capability with a Touch to Share feature, enabling cross-screen interactions, such as file transfers, screen mirroring, and app relay.
It seems that there are no pre-order deals for the OPPO Pad 3. To learn more about the tablet, you can visit OPPO Malaysia's official website right here.
