OPPO Malaysia today released its first tablet in the Malaysian market, the OPPO Pad Air. Featuring a 10.36-inch 2K HD LCD display, the tablet weighs just 440g with a unique metal splicing design.
Under the hood, the Pad Air is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 paired with 4G of RAM. There’s also a large 7100mAh battery which OPPO claims can last the whole day, including 12 hours of video watching and up to 15 hours of video conferencing.
Speaking of the latter, the tablet’s 5MP front-facing camera is located at the side of the panel which makes it easier for video calls while on landscape mode. At its rear, the tablet features a singular 8MP camera.
Besides that, the Pad Air also features stereo quad-speakers with support for Doly Atmos. In terms of OS, the tablet runs on the newly upgraded ColorOS for Pad operating system based on Android 12 with Multi-Screen Connect functions such as file drag and drop and clipboard sharing.
The Pad Air is offered in two storage configurations in Malaysia, 64GB and 128GB, though do note that the tablet supports expandable storage via its microSD card slot. It comes in a singular Fog Grey colour and is priced at RM1099 for the 4/64GB model and RM1299 for the 4/128GB variant.
Pre-order for the Pad Air starts from today until 29 July 2022 and is online exclusive. The 4/64GB variant is only available for pre-order on OPPO Official Online Store and Shopee while the 4/128GB variant at OPPO Official Online Store, Shopee and Lazada.
