OPPO has been very active in the smartphone market lately. Recently, the OPPO Reno 11 Pro was spotted on SIRIM’s website. That means the phone has cleared SIRIM’s certification. So, what should you know about it?
For your information, the phone was listed on the database with the model number CPH2607 and registered under Jie Business Sdn Bhd. Notably, there is no global variant for this model. As of now, this phone is available exclusively in the Chinese market. So, it will be interesting to see if the Malaysia release will be the same as the ones in China.
In addition, the Reno 11 Pro still runs the old Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. However, the device also runs LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 3.1 memory configuration (no expandable storage). There is also a pair of dual-cell battery, making it a total of 4700mAh and supports 80W SUPERVOOC charging.
We have yet to confirm the Malaysia release date for this device. However, we might not have to wait longer for it. Since the device has cleared SIRIM’s certification, we could expect it to arrive very soon.
