The standard OPPO Reno8 and Reno8 Pro sport the same 6.43-inch screen, while the Pro+ model has a larger screen at 6.7-inch. All their displays use the AMOLED panel bearing an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, except for the vanilla model that tops at 90Hz.
Under the hood, the OPPO Reno8 packs a MediaTek Dimensity 1300, and the Pro variant is the one that gets the new Snapdragon 7 Gen 1. On the other hand, the Pro+ model arrives with a Dimensity 8100-Max chip. All three devices support up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. They also share a 4,500mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging.
Camera-wise, the series serves triple rear cameras. The setup on the vanilla variant comprises a 50MP primary sensor, a 2MP secondary snapper, and a 2MP macro unit. The Pro and Pro+ have the same sensors except for having an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The OPPO Reno8 series also utilizes the brand's MariSilicon X chip, and three smartphones feature the same 32MP front-facing camera.
The Reno8's price starts at 2,499 Yuan (~RM1,648) for the lowest 8/128GB model, while the Reno8 Pro costs 2,999 Yuan (~RM1,978) for the same configuration. Both devices offer three colour options - Clear Sky Blue, Slightly Drunk, and Night Tour Black. The Reno 8 Pro+ gets priced at 3,699 Yuan (~RM2,440) for 8/256GB as the lowest trim and comes in three paint jobs - Xiaoyaoqing (mint), Roaming Grey and Undercurrent.
