OPPO has quietly implemented a redesign to its logo which saw the Chinese tech firm ditching its iconic green colour. Instead, its logo is now a black backdrop with letters written in white.

According to GSMArena, the change was first noticed by online users in China, whereby OPPO changed its profile images on Weibo to the new logo. After many fans started to comment on OPPO’s Weibo account regarding the change, the company said despite the new logo, green would remain an important brand component.
