OPPO may be planning to launch their first tablet this year

OPPO seems to be quite ambitious this year. Last night, they just announced the OPPO Find X3 Pro and there are other reports of the company planning to launch a notebook and a tablet too. Here's what we found out.

Sources have reported that OPPO is currently in discussion with suppliers on manufacturing a tablet. Of course, no names were revealed and while we don't think they would be launching a new tablet anytime soon, digital bloggers and Digital Chat Station leakster believe it could be launched this year. This goes the same for the laptop as well.

In case you haven't been paying attention, the tablet market saw a decline over the years but it's back on the shelf again. Due to the pandemic, people are now picking up more laptops and tablets than before for working or studying from home. From a business point of view, it makes sense why OPPO decided to grab this opportunity.

OPPO's first tablet should be launched in the Chinese market first before releasing to the rest of the world. But we wonder if it would be too late for that as we are starting to see a bit of recovery. Oh well, guess we will just have to wait and see. Stay tuned for more trending tech news at TechNave.com.
