Earlier today, OPPO has recently unveiled their brand new ColorOS 7 outside of China and it comes with several new improvements such as more responsive and lightweight design, new ways to interact, as well as a better camera and video performance.  In terms of when it will be available, OPPO has mentioned that the new custom Android operating system will be rolled out to all their smartphones starting 26 November 2019.

As for the new features we’ve mentioned, the ColorOS 7 introduces the Infinite Design concept which allows users to focus more on their content. Not only that, but it also comes with Dark Mode(which is already available on Android 10, by the way) which helps reduce eye strain especially while using the smartphone in the dark and it can also help reduce power consumption when activated.

Other than that, there is also the new Artist Wallpaper Project which offers an abundance of dynamic wallpaper that changes through time or via user interactions. In addition to that, there are also new improvements in terms of the animations, input feedback, as well as improvements in the overall sound system of the smartphone.

ColorOS 7 also improves the performance of the smartphone by up to 30% during normal and up to 38% while gaming, which is quite an improvement considering the fact that games are getting more and more demanding as of late. There were also several improvements in the camera department as well, with new features such as the AI Beautification 2.0 which provides better and more natural facial details.
