OPPO has officially announced that their Wireless Flash Charging Technology will make its debut during the Auto China 2020, which takes place from late September to early October 2020. The aforementioned technology will showcase how easy and seamless the wireless charger can be pre-installed in cars during the factory installation phase.
In terms of the capabilities of the technology, OPPO mentioned that their partner ADAYO adopted the AirVOOC wireless flash charging technology which is capable of achieving up to 40W wireless fast charging that’s capable of fully charging most smartphones in an hour or less. Unfortunately, there is no official information on whether OPPO plans to work with local automotive manufacturers in order to produce a car that’s equipped with their Wireless Flash Charging Technology.
