Just before Sony kicks off its 2018 IFA event tomorrow in Germany, it seems that Geekbench has officially released the real image renders as well as specifications that put the rumours to sleep. The specifications aren't much, though, but it's enough to assure us that it won't be going crazy on having quad-cameras as previously rumoured.

Let's start off with the tech-specs first, Sony fans will be happy to know that the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor is on board (as expected) but however, the RAM power is not 6GB as previously rumoured, it's still stuck on 4GB of RAM. The Geekbench score also shows that the phone scored 2330 points in the single-core category, while the multi-core category is 8665 points. Android Pie is also very likely to be pre-installed, and lastly, Sony is still comfortable with having a single sensor on each side with 19MP on the back and 13MP for the front.

Moving on to the design, Sony is still sticking to the Ambient Flow design but it seems that they are introducing two new colour models which are called Bordeaux Red and Forest Green. The screen panel looks like is still 5.7-inch as well although it's not confirmed, the resolution is set to 2880 x 1440 with an 18:9 aspect ratio. The Silver White and Black model is part of the colour collection.

Sony Mobile will unveil everything about the Xperia XZ3 soon, stay tuned for more Sony news at TechNave.com.
