Recently, OnePlus teased fans about its upcoming flagship, the OnePlus 11 5G in a series of social media posts. Now, the company has finally confirmed the device’s release date, which is on 7 February 2023.
On its official United States website, OnePlus announced that it will be holding Cloud 11: A OnePlus Launch Event on the aforementioned date at 9am EST. The website further confirmed that during the event, the OnePlus 11 5G will be released alongside the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 and another undisclosed product which may potentially be a tablet.
On the event page, OnePlus invites fans to “Witness the Shape of Power” of the all-new OnePlus 11 5G while confirming some of the device’s features. These include a continued collaboration in the camera department with Hasselblad and confirming that the OnePlus 11 5G will feature the iconic Alert Slider.
As for the Buds Pro 2, OnePlus only shared a silhouette of the earbuds which confirms that it will have a silicone tip. By the looks of things, the Buds Pro 2 will have a design similar to the AirPods Pro and potentially ANC, given how the feature always comes hand-in-hand with a silicone-tip design.
Finally, OnePlus also teased another upcoming product, saying that consumers can expect “boxes to come in all shapes and sizes”. Hmm, we wonder what that could potentially be.
