Today, OnePlus has launched a special edition smartphone called the OnePlus 11 Jupiter Rock. As previously teased, this device's design colour scheme is inspired by the planet Jupiter and uses a unique back panel.
According to OPPO's account on Weibo, the OnePlus 11 Jupiter Rock is the world's first phone to use a 3D microcrystalline rock material. This makes the phone look similar to the planet from a space view, giving it a cool marble craftsmanship look. Like any special edition device, the specs remain the same as the vanilla one.
Since both devices have the same specs, here's a quick recap. The OnePlus 11 features a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, up to 16GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of storage. It also has a 6.7-inch 2K 120Hz Super Fluid AMOLED display with LPTO 3.0, a 5000mAh battery with 100W SuperVOOC fast charging technology, a 50MP (main) + 48MP (ultrawide) + 32MP (portrait) triple rear camera, and a 16GB front camera.
At the moment, it's only available in China for 4899 Yuan (~RM3141) and the only memory variant is 16GB + 512GB. There's no word if OnePlus Malaysia will import it here but we will wait and see. Until then, stay tuned for more trending tech news at TechNave.com.
