As we approach the end of the year, OnePlus just launched its latest flagship in China. The OnePlus 12 has been in the talks for quite some time now so here's everything you need to know about the phone.
Starting with the tech specs, we all know that the OnePlus 12 features the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and is accompanied by LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. It also comes with a brand-new 120Hz 2K Super Fluid AMOLED display with LTPO, as well as with up to 4500nits peak brightness.
A 5400mAh dual-cell battery is included with 100W SUPERVOOC fast wired charging and you can also use it for 50W AIRVOOC wirelessly. To keep the phone cool, the OnePlus 12 features a brand-new Dual Cryo-velocity Cooling System that improves cooling surface area, cooling material and structure design.
Moreover, the camera hardware and software are supported by the 4th Gen Hasselblad Camera for Mobile. Equipped with the latest self-developed HDR algorithm, the triple rear camera system features an industry-first LYT808 50MP main camera co-developed with Sony, OV64B 64MP 3X periscope telephoto camera, and IMX581 48MP ultrawide camera.
Available in Flowy Emerald, the OnePlus 12 will be available in China on 11 December 2023, followed by a global release alongside other products in early 2024. We can expect to see a launch in Malaysia by then, so let's just sit tight and wait for early next year.
