Previously, we shared how the OnePlus 12 looks set for release in China and then globally soon. Now, further information has been received about a more affordable version of the device, the OnePlus 12R, with the smartphone also spotted passing IMDA certification.
As shared by The TechOutlook, the 12R received certification from IMDA, essentially the Singapore version of SIRIM recently, which alludes to the device’s imminent global launch. In the listing, the 12R has model number CPH2609.
However, not much else about the device’s specs was revealed by the listing, other than that the 12R would have 5G connectivity and NFC. Previous rumours point toward the device to be a rebranded Ace 3, though that remains to be seen.
