OnePlus 3 is now official, with Snapdragon 820, 6GB RAM, Dash Charge, and a RM 1635 sticker price

Fans of OnePlus, this is the moment you have been waiting for. The OnePlus 3 is finally official. We have seen how it looks like in previous leaks, and we basically know just about everything on the phone. Still, it is always a good sign when it is officially launched.

Under the all-metal OnePlus 3 body is phone with a list of impressive spec. You get the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC, a whopping 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM, a high resolution 5.5 inch display with a 1080p “Optic AMOLED” panel, 64GB of UFS 2.0 internal storage, USB Type-C port for data and charging, dual-SIM support and a fingerprint sensor on the front that claims can unlock the phone in 0.2 seconds.

Imaging wise the OnePlus 3 is endowed with a 16 megapixel rear camera module with Auto HDR and phase detection autofocus, supported by both an optical and electronic image stabilisation. For selfies, the 8 megapixel front shooter also has image stabilisation, but the electronic kind. You get 4K video recording built in as well.
